Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges apply to confirmed bookings:

| 7 or more days before journey | Fully refundable |
| 3–7 days before journey | 50% charge |
| Within 3 days of journey | Full charge |
| No-shows | Full charge |
Amendments
- Amendments made 3 or more days before the journey date are generally free, subject to availability.
- Amendments made within 3 days of the journey date may incur fees.
- Significant changes to pickup location, destination or date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Flight Cancellations & Delays
If your flight is cancelled, please report this to us immediately by calling 01952 370131 or emailing info@aeroglidetravel.com. We will work with you to rearrange your transfer where possible.
For flight delays, we monitor live flight information for airport transfers and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge for reasonable delays.

Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following cancellation confirmation.
